I'm having some trouble finding a cellular phone search enigne. I recently purchased a mobile phone and I've been navigating the web for a Nokia Cellphone type blackberry search engine

Can somebody suggest a site like a sports search engine - apparently produce cellphone search engine results. What is the best cellphone search engine?

Unfortunately many people from around the world have gotten too attached to what they read on various sites on the internet, which I'm not necessarily saying they are right or wrong but what everyone should see as they read blogs, comments, etc on these sites is people vision and position on that specific topic as it shows some character from their specific culture which will, may, and very well can lead to a more global grasp and understanding of cultures and how they can interact with one another....

Great post Nelson, couldn't have been more timely. Although slightly less extreme than the Iran conflict topic, I happened to catch the Michael Jackson news breaking - and it is so surreal to watch topics trend and spread on Twitter.

Also, Crystal, I agree that it becomes a scary thing to think that people are believing everything they read on Twitter or 'the internet'. However, I remind myself that before Google and Wikipedia, people were believing everything they heard on the news!

My hope is that as 'social media' evolves, people will learn to use it as an effective tool. Even though spam is already beginning to infiltrate and 'Kelso' is Twitter's number one star - I think there is good in there as well. For the first time as humans, we have the chance to be truly connected and to hear each other...So the question is...will we use our powers for good? or eeevil? :)

Nelson, I think you bring up excellent points. This beast known as social media is so new that national governments haven't quite figured out ways to hide their extremist ways. Let's hope they never do.

With the recent string of celebrity deaths, this notion of social media as a threat or thread became even more apparent. While the news of MJ spread rapidly throughout the social media sphere, jokers decided to take advantage and start rumors about other celebrity deaths. Regarding the protests in Iran, jokers decided to take over hashtags on Twitter to promote their products and services.

While social media is an excellent communication tool, it does have its downfall. How do you know what information to trust? And this isn't just FB or Twitter - the same can be said with Wikipedia. Social media can be a powerful tool but we have to realize, that power now lies with everyone and we will get those who abuse that power.
