		<description>I follow a number of brands, but if they&#039;re not putting out worthwhile content, whether that&#039;s exclusive deals or simply useful and fun information, I won&#039;t follow them for long. 

While I&#039;m not surprised at the high percentage of people being influenced by social media, I would have guessed more conservatively--somewhere around 85% maybe! But 97%! That&#039;s a sure sign that it&#039;s absolutely necessary for businesses to pay attention to their online reputations and engage in social media.</description>
