Meet the Authors: Sarah Quinn, Account Manager

Our next author that we think you should have the pleasure of meeting is Sarah Quinn. Sarah is an account manager on the PPC and media buying teams, and heads up multicultural programs across various departments. Sarah is fluent in Spanish and has traveled the world visiting and working in numerous countries. She resided in Seville, Spain for a year and has traveled extensively throughout Europe. Prior to joining Location3 in 2007, Sarah worked for five years in the international development field at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. and at the non-profit Management Sciences for Health in Boston. During her tenure at these jobs, she spent time in Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico and Nicaragua. She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA with a bachelors’ in Spanish and psychology. When she’s not managing successful paid search campaigns or traveling the world, Sarah enjoys cooking, hiking and skiing. Read through all of Sarah’s posts here.

Where did you grow up?

Glastonbury, CT. But my family has lived around Boston and on Cape Cod (“the Cape”) for years, so that’s where I go when I go “home.”

Proudest moment in general?

In March of the year I studied in Sevilla, Spain, a woman on the bus asked me (in Spanish) for directions. I responded and she thanked me, and then asked me how a young woman from Madrid knew Sevilla so well? She heard my accent and thought I was really from Spain!
